What is Meditation |
|
|
It
is rightly said in Vedas that cloud of doubts ends when a person is
able to realize the truth i.e. right knowledge and to attain this
knowledge we should first observe things, analyze them and finally adopt
them. The human mind is unmatchable super computer created by the
Nature and when we are able to achieve complete control of mind, it generate immense flow of energy and knowledge. To
attain complete control on flow of thoughts we concentrate mind
at one point and this concentration of mind at one point is simply called DHAYANA OR
MEDITATION which enable us to generate immense energy in a controlled
manner through which we can penetrate deeply into the secrets of
Nature and also beyond this small world.
All the living things have a natural glow around them which is called Aura or energy Zone. Human body also glitters and this AURA (SPIRITUAL COLOUR) covers our whole body, which is a glow of our life force and only the human being can make best use of it. The colour of Aura represents the state of mind of a person according to ones nature, ability and devotion. The power of human mind is unlimited, more you concentrate or think deeply (meditation) you will be able to generate more energy, and this generation of energy will unfold the secrets of nature one after another. This knowledge gradually takes him to the stage of enlightenment and enables him to penetrate deeply into the secrets beyond this small world and this extra energy can be utilized for healing and ailment or pain of others and ourselves etc.
